I keep getting the 'Unable to access audio file' error.
If you keep getting the above error, this could be as a result of 3 scenarios:
1 - You are not connected to the internet. If your device is not connected to the internet, you will not be able to stream.
2 - You have an outdated version of the Application. The link of the audio file between the application and the host server is sometimes changed due to many reasons and in order to ensure that you are able to continue streaming, we release an update. Please ensure that you have the latest version of the application.
3 - There may be an unexpected error from our side that we have overlooked. In this case, please use the contact form to contact support for assistance.
