I can't access the Web Player using my iPhone/iPad.
This may be an issue with your browser. It is recommended that you reset the settings of your browser and clear all History and Website data and then try accessing the Web Player again. The Web Player uses HTML5.
Using Safari? Try this:
(Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website data)
